    REMINDER -

    The last day for seniors, May 28th is considered an educational day.  We expect the seniors to take the day seriously.  Behavioral issues may jeopardize their participation in the graduation ceremony.

     All fees/fines/past due amounts/lunch accounts must be paid up by 3:00pm on May 29th to receive a diploma after graduation

     


     

    ALL PAST DUE FEES AND FINES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO TICKET PICK-UP and BEFORE DIPLOMA PICK-UP

    GRADUATION REHEARSAL - MANDATORY!
    8:30am Friday May 29th
    Enter through the south gym doors.
     
    If your graduate does not intend to walk at the ceremony, please let the office know ASAP-

    Boat leaves from the Lake Geneva Cruise Line dock at 6:00pm Sharp
    Don't be late!

    Tickets on sale from Mrs. Wiedoff in room 114 before and after school only

    You must show a picture ID for every person getting a ticket. 

    You will need that ID to get in to the Post Prom on May 18

    The parade line-up begins at 8:00pm - motorcade leaves Roma Lodge at 9:10pm and arrives at Festival Hall at 9:40

    If you are not currently in the building but are coming to pick up an order (student or parent) please enter through the Hwy 45 doors to check in prior to going down.  Parking is available on Hwy 45.

    Final payment must be made prior to or at pick-up.

    If you have not picked up your graduation order - please stop in the office between 7am and 3:30pm

    IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE BUILDING, ORDER ONLINE OR HAVE SOMEONE BRING YOUR ORDER IN

     


    Senior portraits and
    the accompanying baby photo
    are due by:

    December 9th, 2019

     PORTRAIT GUIDELINES:

    General:

    1.    Only SCHOOL-RELATED PROPS are allowed in the portraits. No animals, pets, or guns are allowed and hats are strongly discouraged!

    2.    The Union Grove High School Dress Code must be followed.

    3.    “Selfie-style portraits” (pictures where it is clear the senior was the person holding the camera to photograph their self) will not be allowed.

    4.     All clothing must be free of trademark & copyrighted images and be appropriate in that the style follows the school dress code as litsed in the Student Handbook.

    Technical:

    4.    The pictures must be VERTICAL/”Portrait-style” in alignment – NO HORIZONTAL/”Landscape-style” layouts accepted!

    5.    Resolution needs to be 180 dpi or higher and at least 4 inches in height.

    6.    Color format should be CMYK or RGB.

    7.    File format should be JPEG.

     
     

    You will need to submit your senior’s portrait and accompanying baby photo to Mr. Wald or to Patti Halbach, the main office administrative assistant, by this date.  If no photograph is received, we will use the senior’s school identification photo (if available) or they will simply be listed as “Not Pictured.”

    Each graduate will receives 5 tickets to the ceremony to hand out as they choose. 

    This is "per graduate" not by family.

    To pick up tickets, please have all fees/fines paid and the graduation contract signed.  Stop in the office between 7am and 3:30pm
