Health Services

Hello, My name is Trish Commodore, the School Nurse. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UW-Milwaukee. My role is to coordinate all the school district health services including supervising medication administration, emergency response services, routine vision, hearing and other health screenings; as well as developing and implementing individualized health care plans for students with special health care needs. I assist in bridging health barriers to learning. I love the unique opportunity that School Nursing offers to help students develop healthy lifestyles that will make them better learners. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns regarding your child’s health.
