The mission of the 1-to-1 program in the Union Grove Union High School District is to create an engaging, collaborative, and individualized learning environment for all students. This environment will enable and support students and teachers in implementing transformative uses of technology while enhancing students’ focus on content and promoting the development of self-directed and lifelong learning.
Chromebooks
Students are given a school-issued Chromebook for school use. Students and parents/guardians are expected to read, agree to, and follow the Chromebook Handbook. The handbook contains policies and procedures for using, storing, and transporting Chromebooks.
Students and parents/guardians are responsible for any accidental and intentional damage to Chromebooks. Union Grove Union High School offers an affordable Protection Service to cover the costs to repair accidental damage like drops, spills, and surges. The Protection Service does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or loss.
