Sign up for summer strength & conditioning class

Strength & Conditioning

Dates & Times:
Mondays through Thursdays
June 15 through July 23, 2026

You will select one time/section on the sign-up form:

7:30am-9:00am (primarily for incoming freshmen)
9:00am-10:30am (open to all)

  • Learn how to use every piece of equipment safely and effectively

  • Focus on agility, speed, flexibility, and power development

  • Start healthy nutrition habits

  • Learn injury prevention & recovery techniques

  • Increase confidence, self-esteem, and work ethic

  • Develop your social and leadership skills through exercise

  • 1/4 credit can be earned with full participation

Unable to attend? The Fitness Center has open hours for students during the summer: Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm, Saturday 7am-noon.
