Several Broncos Media projects and students were recognized at the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association Student Seminar and Awards for Excellence in Madison, WI.
Students had the opportunity to collaborate with students from other high schools, colleges, and radio and television professionals from all over the state.
Our Group earned the following five awards, 12 are given at the high school level and were judged from over 200 entries!
1st Place-TV Sports Broadcasting ( live football play-by-play)
2nd Place-TV/Video Sports Broadcasting (live basketball play-by-play)
2nd Place- TV/Video News Broadcast (Homecoming Spirit Week News)
3rd Place- TV/Video Interviews (Holiday Spirit Week)
1st Place- Sports Halftime Show (Jacob's Halftime Show...guest starring Coach D)
