👏 Three of our student artists have received recognition for their outstanding artworks in the Wisconsin Scholastic Art Awards. Gold Key winning artworks will be considered for the National Scholastic Awards.
Senior Kylie DeBerg earned the following awards:
Honorable Mention for her mixed media artwork "Scrimmage".
Silver Key for her painting "Adult Swim".
Gold Key for her painting "Good Girl Self Destruct".
Gold Key for her painting "Hooked".
Junior Justine Donaldson earned an Honorable Mention for her digital artwork "Umbrellas Can't Stop Rain".
Senior Ryah Glassen earned the following awards:
Silver Key for her painting "Sound Behind Glass".
Gold Key for her drawing "Self Portrait".
Kylie and Ryah's Silver and Gold Key artworks will be on view at the Milwaukee Art Museum from February 4th through March 19th.

The UGHS Dance team had an incredible and memorable experience at State! The team came home with a 6th place finish in D2 Kick and Maria earned a spot on the D2 All State team! Congratulations Broncos!
From the coaches, “It was such an honor to compete at State with so many talented teams and to have support for the team from our dance parents, our school, our booster club, and our community. We’re so grateful!This was truly the perfect way to end our competition season, and we want to thank our seniors for everything they’ve contributed over their years on this team.”




Good luck to our competition Dance team. They are off to LaCrosse to compete at State. The girls were all beyond excited this afternoon! Go Broncos!
