Recently the UGHS Choirs and Bands went on their annual band and choir feeder school tour to Raymond, Yorkville, Kansasville, and UG Elementary Schools where they got to perform at their alma maters and share the exciting things happening in the performing arts at the high school. LEVEL 2 - Quintyn Martinez, Union Grove
Quintyn Martinez of Union Grove has been selected as the Level 2 Bound Wisconsin Football Player of the Week following a statewide vote on BoundWisconsin.com. His big day helped the Broncos move on in the Division 2 playoffs. He was chosen from a strong group of nominees in Level 2. A total of 2,233 votes were cast, as Arizola’s 789 were enough to edge out second place Joseph Tarasewicz of River Falls, who tallied 590 votes.
Union Grove has advanced to Level 3 for the third time in school history, defeating Nicolet 14-12 in a nail-biter. The Broncos offense rode the shoulders of senior running back Quintyn Martinez, who rushed 40 times for 289 yards and a touchdown, as he accounted for 40 of the team’s 51 offensive plays.
